Dataset on the metabolic changes in the heart of T1D mice and high glucose-treated H9c2 myocardial cells

Abstract In this dataset, the metabolic profiles of the T1D mouse heart and high glucose-treated H9c2 myocardial cells were analyzed by using an NMR-based metabolomics method. The detailed information regarding the development of T1D mouse model, cell culture and treatment, sample collection and metabolomics analysis were presented in the file named “Protocols for Metabolomics”.
