Annual Report 2018-2019: Serials and Other Continuing Resources Section

This report contains information about fulfilment of Section’s objectives: 1) Monitor, report and promote standards and the importance of best practices in scholarly communication and continuing resources; 2) Monitor, raise awareness and promote resolution of issues related to copyright, open access and other related scholarly communication matters; and 3) Attract, involve and retain members from all parts of the scholarly communications and continuing resources information chain thereby raising the profile of the Serials and Other Continuing Resources Section of IFLA.
