Data: "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?"

This dataset is associated with the paper "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?". Variables were derived from osteological, palaeopathological and geometric morphometric analyses of archaeologically-recovered human skeletal remains. Relationships between observations were used to imply connections between developmental stress, later-life inflammation, and mortality risk. Data was collected by the first author during their doctoral studentship under the supervision of Prof. Lizzy Craig-Atkins and Dr Eleanor Stillman.
