The metagenome of microbiota in rodent lung

The extraction of microbial genomic DNA from all rodent lung tissues was performed using the DNeasy PowerSoil Pro Kit (QIAGEN GmbH, Germany; catalog no. 47014), in accordance with the standard protocol of manufacturer.The samples were grouped as follows: Group A included Hantaan virus-positive samples from Apodemus agrarius (n=6); Group C included Hantaan virus-negative samples from Apodemus agrarius (n=3); Group B included Seoul virus-positive samples from Rattus norvegicus (n=2); Group D included Seoul virus-negative samples from Rattus norvegicus (n=3).
