RNA-seq Identification of Candidate Genes Differentially Expressed in DRN-BA(Pyr) and DRN-BA(PV) Neurons

To investigate the diversity of BA-projecting DRN(5-HT) neurons, we performed RNA-seq of BA(Pyr)- and BA(PV)-projecting DRN(5-HT) neurons and compared their gene expression levels. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for BA(Pyr)- and BA(PV)-projecting DRN(5-HT) neurons. neurons are labeled with RV-dsRed using the monosynaptic rabies tracing virus.
