Heat-killed nano-selenium-enriched lactobacillus enhances vaccine immune effect

This RNA sequencing dataset aims to investigate the differences in gene expression in the spleen of mice immunized with heat-inactivated selenium nanoparticle-enriched Lactobacillus (HiSeL). The dataset contains RNA sequencing data of three biological replicates of the spleen of mice immunized with the chicken necrotic enteritis bacterial-like particle multi-epitope vaccine control and the HiSeL adjuvant-added vaccine. Sequencing was performed using the DNBSEQ platform. These data will help to further explore the potential of HiSeL as an effective multi-epitope vaccine adjuvant and provide new ideas for the research and development of adjuvants.
