资源简介:
Dynamins are large multidomain GTPases involved in membrane scission. We have investigated the transcriptional consequences of deleting Vps1, a DNM2 homologue, in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Interestingly, the vps1∆ mutation causes strong transcriptional defects also in yeast. Data suggest that DNM2 and Vps1 play an essential regulatory role connecting several membrane-related processes including endocytosis, lipid homeostasis and different signal transduction pathways. Transcriptomic data from wild type and vps1Δ strains under normal growth conditions were compared. Three biological independient replicates were use for each strain.
