InbR is a TetR family transcriptional regulator, encoded by Rv0275c in Mycobacterium tuberculosis and BCG_0313c in Mycobacterium bovis. It is able to bind with the first line anti-TB drug isoniazid and thus change its DNA-binding activity. By using Microarray analysis, more than 300 genes'' expression were changed in inbR-overexpressing strains. However, its direct binding targets were not been charicterized to date. To identify the target of inbR, ChIP-seq analysis were employed.
