The dataset originates from the 2020 graduates of the Computer Science and Technology program at Hebei Agricultural University, China. To develop a comprehensive assessment model for evaluating the extent to which graduates meet the graduation requirements, this study employs an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)-TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) model. The model encompasses three primary indicators: professional knowledge and skills, professional accomplishment and development, personal quality and moral character, along with eight secondary indicators. The dataset includes students' academic performance, self-assessment scores, and the results derived from applying the AHP-TOPSIS model.
To ensure the privacy of the students, identifiable personal information, such as names, has been removed from the dataset. Research findings indicate that female graduates achieve higher average scores in completing graduation requirements compared to their male counterparts. The proposed evaluation model proves effective in measuring the degree to which students meet their graduation requirements. This dataset is instrumental for higher education institutions aiming to adjust training programs, optimize teaching methodologies, promote the all-around development of students, and enhance the employability of graduates.
