资源简介:
Svalbard Archipelago is one of places, that is especially affected by temperature warming and decrease of sea ice and glaciers in the high latitude arctic. A large part of the terrestrial area is covered with tundra, microbial communities and productivities on tundra ecosystem are likely to be affected by recent environmental changes. Though both environments are adjacent and products of glacier would be supply to glacier foreland soil, ecological studies focusing on the relationship between glacier and glacier foreland is still not described well. In order to understand the similarity and dissimilarity of the bacterial community between these two typical Arctic environments, we analyzed the bacterial meta-16S rRNA gene.
