Data for Keiser et al - Trait diversity and disease

This file contains the raw data for an experiment focusing on intraspecific variation, behavioral trait diversity, and disease dynamics. Different tabs of the excel file contain data for individual fly genotypes, population-level mortality, as well as two tabs with details on how ordination analyses were conducted to generate "diversity treatments" for fly populations. Manuscript is currently in review.
