PPGCI-UFMG dissertations and theses: Archival Science issues and alignment with international studies

Abstract The present study aims at identifying, based on the methodology proposed by Canadian scholars, the thematic alignment of Master’s and Doctorate programs offered by the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) Graduate Program in Information Science (PPGCI) with international scientific production in the realm of Archival Science. Therefore, it is also intended to provide a tool for identification of the degree of internationalization of such Program and to point out shortcomings in the set of the issues investigated alongside new directions in alumni and scholars’ research.
