To investigate the locolization between DIS3 and circRNA in fractions form sucrose density gradient centrifugation (SDGC) assay for 293T cells Overall design: Ribosomal RNA depleted (ribo-) RNA-seq for 12 samples (3 biological replicates sets of fractions 3,4,7 and 8 in SDGC assay for DIS3 KD+DIS3-WT 293T cells ) and 12 samples (3 biological replicates sets of fractions 3,4,7 and 8 in SDGC assay for DIS3 KD+DIS3-D146N 293T cells )
