Mycovirus identification from Aspergillus fumigatus IFM63439. Aspergillus fumigatus

Fragmented and primer-Ligated DsRNA Sequencing (FLDS) technology is a promising method for the identification of complete RNA viral genomes. In this study, we adopted FLDS technology for the genome identification of mycovirus Aspergillus fumigatus RNA virus 1 (AfuRV1). Purified dsRNA from Aspergillus fumigatus IFM63439 was specifically converted into dsDNA, and resultant dsDNAs were sequenced by the Illumina platform.
