This dataset was generated in an in vitro systems toxicology study where human organotypic alveolar and bronchial cultures were exposed to e-vapor aerosols or cigarette smoke.
The transcriptome (mRNAs) of bronchial cultures was characterized using Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Genome U133 2.0 Arrays.
This dataset is the normalized intensity values for each gene and each sample.
