TMED10 regulates cell-surface expression of PD-1

We found that Tmed10 regulates the cell-surface expression of PD-1 in T cells. We additionally show that treatment with AGN192403 can phenocopy Tmed10 KO by lysosomally degrading the Tmed10-PD-1 complex. Overall design: Here, we treated T cells (WT or Tmed10 KO) with AGN (100uM) or Veh (H2O) for 24 hours. The T cells were additionally activated with anti-CD3 antibodies (2.5ug/mL in PBS) for 24 hours (Act) or not (Rest).
