该数据集包含101个食物类别，共有101,000张图像。每个类别提供250张手动审核的测试图像和750张训练图像。训练图像未经过清洗，因此仍包含一定程度的噪声，主要表现为强烈的色彩和偶尔的错误标签。所有图像的最大边长被调整为512像素。
This dataset consists of 101 food categories, with 101000 images. For each class, 250 manually reviewed test images are provided as well as 750 training images. On purpose, the training images were not cleaned, and thus still contain some amount of noise. This comes mostly in the form of intense colors and sometimes wrong labels. All images were rescaled to have a maximum side length of 512 pixels.
