Data for: <i>AgRP Neuron Activity Predicts and Tracks the Glycemic Response to Oral Glucose</i>

This repository contains the processed dataset supporting the manuscript “AgRP Neuron Activity Predicts and Tracks the Glycemic Response to Oral Glucose” by Glat et al. (2026). The primary data file, `agrp-photometry-bg.pkl`, is a Python pickle containing a list of session-level bundle dictionaries. Each bundle corresponds to an individual recording session and includes subject/session metadata, aligned timestamps, processed continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) data, processed fiber photometry (FP) data, retained raw values, and processing metadata.
