VECX sample set is the complete set of samples from Airen 2013 trial with NoVA™. 3 tanks were followed during 10 days of fermentation: T9 (A9): NoVA™ was added and 24h later yeast (S. cerevisiae) was added T11 (A11): control tank, only yeast was added (S. cerevisiae) T12 (A12): control tank, only yeast was added (S. cerevisiae) 0= Must sample before inoculation of NoVA (L. plantarum) or before any inoculation for control samples 1=Sample 24h after inoculation of NoVA, just after yeast (S. cerevisiae) inoculation or Sample 24h after inoculation of yeast (S. cerevisiae) for control samples 2=Fermentation sample 48h 3=Fermentation sample 72h 4=Fermentation sample 96h 5=Fermentation sample 7 days 6= Fermentation sample 10 days
