A collection of whole-tumor scRNA-seq for 7 human basal cell carcinoma (BCC) samples. The data are provided as a Seurat object in .rds file. Count matrices for these samples are available from GEO under accession number GSE181907.Cell type annotation and identification of malignant cells were performed as described in [Yerly et al. (2024)](https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.05.31.596823).Sample IDs are in meta-data column "Sample"; cell type labels are in meta-data column "annotation".
