The "raw" transcriptome assembled was characterized using BLAST against different databases. <br>The archive Transcriptome_blast.xlsx contains the similarity of Trinity transcripts against the non-redundant (nr), Prunus avium (P.avium), Uniprot and RefSeq databases. <br>The Transcriptome_TF.xlsx archive describes the transcripts that codified transcription factor (TFs) and the gene families to which they belong. <br>The Transcriptome_TransDecoder contains the transcripts with an Open Reading Frame (ORF).The Transcriptome_EggNOG.xlsx archive describe the orthology of transcripts. Description, Taxonomy level, GO and KEGG pathway terms are showed.<br>The Transcriptome.fasta contains the nucleotide sequence of all transcripts assembled using Trinity software.<br>
