A BC-liked membrane formed at the gas-liquid interface of the culture medium by cultivating the rotten grasps. The bacterial solution obtained by extruding the gel film is named consortium HJ2-2. After four rounds of screening from consortium HJ2-2, single colony with uniform size and similar morphology were obtained and named XJL-06-4. The strain was identified by using its 16S rDNA sequencing. The analysis of evolutionary tree of strain XJL-06-4 showed that XJL06-4 belonged to Gluconacetobacter genus and named glucoacetobacter sp. XJL06-4.
