Gender pay gap indicators - City of Anglet 2024

Pursuant to Articles L.132-9-3 et seq. of the General Civil Service Code, Decrees No. 2024-801 and No. 2024-802 of 13 July 2024, cited in reference, entered into force on 15 July. Thus, regions, departments, municipalities and public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) with more than 40 000 inhabitants managing at least 50 permanent staff, as well as municipalities with demographic upgrades, must now publish annually the indicators relating to the pay gap between women and men, in the form of an index of professional equality as well as the actions taken to eliminate, if necessary, the gaps found. This index is calculated on the basis of one hundred points spread over four indicators, weighted and scaled according to the methods of calculating the index specified in Decree No. 2024- 802 of 13 July 2024 referred to above.
