Transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) is a promising therapy for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). However, there is still limited research on its underlying mechanisms, particularly in regulating gut microbiota and metabolites. This clinical trial aims to evaluate the influence of taVNS on gut microbiota.
