Replication data for intra-task and inter-task correlations of human motor skills

This is the data repository for the publication titled "High intra-task and low inter-task correlations of motor skills in humans creates an individualized behavioural pattern”. The data set contains processed data collected from 25 human participants who were tested twice on 5 motor behavioural tasks on a Kinarm robotic Exoskeleton lab. Experimental set-up and robotic testing were completed by the same examiner for all participants. Kinematic data was sampled at 1000 Hz and filtered using a 6th-order Butterworth low-pass filter (cutoff 20 Hz). The kinematic signals, target positions, and timing events from the 5 tasks were analyzed to yield 76 features. This repository includes Matlab scripts to perform inter-task and intra-task correlations, cluster analysis, and CUSUM analysis for between-features correlation coefficients, test-retest repeatability, and generate all publication figures.
