资源简介:

Primary data supporting Baskaran et al., "Electrochemical formation of N-nitrosodimethylamine in nitrite-impacted waters." The study demonstrates formation of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) during electrochemical treatment of nitrite-impacted waters, using environmentally relevant concentrations of nitrite and dimethylamine as precursors, and provides open-access designs for bench-scale electrochemical treatment testing. Deposit structure. Each worksheet of the figure workbooks is deposited as its own CSV (Derived_Sheet_CSVs); these per-sheet CSVs are the primary data of record for analyzed outputs, so that each corresponding NExtSEEK sample record's download link and checksum describe exactly one object. The original researcher-authored workbooks are deposited alongside as provenance (Source_Workbooks) and are linked from the same records as secondary data. Raw_MO_Absorbance (v3) holds per-replicate bronze methyl-orange absorbance CSVs; scaled Figure 2 sheet exports remain in Derived_Sheet_CSVs and are typed A.SPC in NExtSEEK with lineage to the bronze files. Raw LC-MS/MS MRM chromatogram exports (Raw_Chromatograms), the filter CAD sources (Device_Design), and the DigiElch voltammetry fitting and simulation files (Voltammetry_Fitting) are deposited as-is. Curated by the MIT BioMicro Center Data Management and Analysis Core (DMAC). Sample-level metadata and lineage are maintained in NExtSEEK and published to FAIRDOMHub.
