Skeletal muscle and blood RNA-seq counts in motor neurone disease cases and controls

Datasets of RNA-sequencing counts consisting of samples of both muscle and blood collected from motor neurone disease cases and healthy controls as recruited from the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This dataset consists of gene counts of merged and normalized technical replicates from DESeq2, using alignment and pseudo-alignment techniques from both STAR/Featurecounts as well as Salmon. Additionally, we include the covariates used in our analyses in phenotype files, as well as isoform-level counts as generated by SALMON on the muscle samples for differential transcript analyses.
