Measurements were performed under WP2-3. The main purpose of the research is investigation of graphene oxide (GO) reduction process under various laser irradiation regimes. Raman measurements were performed in order to verify material reduction, study of defects and thickness changes. Data set contains spectra of GO samples under different power of laser (455 nm) irradiation (4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 20, 30% - relative units) at several points on the surface of each sample.
