PPG-DaLiA data in MATLAB format

This version of the PPG-DaLiA dataset

This is a version of the PPG-DaLiA dataset in MATLAB format. Whilst the PPG data in the original dataset (see below for details) was provided in .pkl format, this version has been created by importing the data into Matlab. In addition, in this version the data are split according to individual activities. We used this version when analysing the performance of PPG beat detectors using the ppg-beats toolbox (which runs in Matlab). It may also be useful to other researchers too.

This version was created from the original dataset by following the process described here.
