Here, we report the draft genome sequence an endophytic and plant growth-promoting Bacillus paralicheniformis Strain GSFE7 isolated from the roots of wheat in Jordan Valley. The assembled genome size was 4,452,800 bp and consisted of 24 scaffolds and 4,770 coding sequences (CDS). The genome contained several genes associated with plant colonization and PGPP, including genes for flagellar motility, exopolysaccharide production, siderophore production, iron-sulfur cluster assembly, auxin biosynthesis, genes involved in the biosynthesis of type I to VIII protein secretion systems.
