The crayfish (Procambarus clarkii) was popular cultured in China in recent years. Low and high temperature could affect the survival rate and growth of crayfish. In present study, the dynamic of gut microbial community under low and high temperature stress were conducted. Despite no death during the acute stress, the composition and diversity varied much and the dynamic of gut microbial community are divergent under different culture temperature without feed supply. Low and high temperature reveals different adaptation process of gut microbial structure.
