通过采集、分析长兴县锂电池的知识产权相关数据,对数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计企业及个人在锂电池中拥有的专利总数和专利布局情况,了解长兴县锂电池企业及个人的专利大致情况,计算得到各个专利权利人针对不同类型知识产权的数量和占比,通过与目前区域内实质审查中和授权的锂电池产品各项专利的数量与占比比较,帮助区域内长兴县锂电池研发生产的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导。1.数据采集:通过区域、专利的IPC分类号、专利名称、关键字等信息,由第三方知识产权检索网站检索,对长兴县锂电池相关的授权和实质审查中的发明专利、实用新型、外观专利的信息进行采集。2.数据处理:对采集到的原始数据进行处理,通过去除重复和有缺失的数据,对数据进行清理分类。3、数据计算:对采集的数据按专利权利人进行归集,统计该专利权利人和区域内该产品的专利总数,及各类型专利的数量,发明专利数量/专利总数=发明专利占比,实用新型数量/专利总数=实用新型占比,外观专利数量/专利总数=外观专利占比。4.数据应用:根据专利权利人锂电池产品各类专利的占比,与整体锂电池相关各类专利占比情况,了解专利权利人专利布局情况,并为企业后续申报专利类型提供指导方向,为不同规模的企业进行知识产权战略制定和申请指导,合理布局专利。
This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing intellectual property (IP) related data of lithium battery-related entities in Changxing County. Specifically, the collected data is grouped by patent assignees, and the total number of patents and patent layout status of enterprises and individuals holding lithium battery-related patents are counted to grasp the overall patent landscape of local entities. Furthermore, the quantity and proportion of various types of intellectual property for each patent assignee are calculated. By comparing these indicators with the quantity and proportion of various patents of lithium battery products that are either under substantive examination or granted in the local region, this dataset supports local lithium battery R&D and manufacturing enterprises in formulating intellectual property strategies and obtaining patent application guidance.
The construction process of this dataset includes four main steps:
1. Data Collection: Information on granted invention patents, utility models, and design patents related to lithium batteries in Changxing County, as well as patents of the same category currently under substantive examination, is retrieved from third-party intellectual property retrieval platforms using filters such as region, patent IPC classification number, patent title, and keywords.
2. Data Processing: Raw collected data is cleaned and classified, with duplicate and incomplete records removed.
3. Data Calculation: The collected data is aggregated by patent assignee. The total number of patents held by the assignee, the total number of local lithium battery-related patents, and the quantity of each patent type are counted. The proportion of each patent type is calculated as follows:
- Invention Patent Proportion = Number of Invention Patents / Total Patents
- Utility Model Patent Proportion = Number of Utility Model Patents / Total Patents
- Design Patent Proportion = Number of Design Patents / Total Patents
4. Data Application: By comparing the patent type proportions of a specific assignee with the overall local lithium battery patent proportion distribution, the patent layout status of the assignee can be evaluated. This analysis provides targeted guidance for enterprises to select appropriate patent application types, formulate tailored intellectual property strategies, and optimize patent layout, suitable for enterprises of all scales.
