NanoString nCounter pan-cancer pathway panel was used to quantified the expression of 730 genes related to 13 canncer-assocaited canonical pathways from 15 triple-negative breast tumors. FFPE slides were used to quantified the gene expression. We collected and analyzed 7 cold tumors and 8 hot tumors. FFPE samples were subjected to NanoString analyses. By using the NanoString Pan-Cancer Pathway panel, we quantified the expression of 730 genes related to 13 cancer-associated canonical pathways from these primary tumors. Stromal TIL percentage of each tumor was scored by a pathologist from H&E-stained slides. Tumors were graded as cold (<10% stromal TIL), hot (>60% stromal TIL), or intermediate (10-60% stromal TIL).
