Companion Files for PhD or MPH Independent Study in Epidemiology

This data repository includes the companion files to create an independent study for in epidemiology focused on analyzing national health surveys. It includes sample syllabi, calendars, SAS syntax, STATA do files, and corresponding data files.<br><br>This independent study was originally created as an independent study for a PhD in epidemiology at UTHealth Houston, School of Public Health, Dallas Regional Campus from September-December 2015. All files were reviewed and modified for inclusion in this repository in November 2022. The independent study files can be modified and tailored to meet curriculum needs for other programs.
