资源简介:
Microbial community with high diversity of bacteria (266 genera), fungi (122 genera) and viridiplantae were detected in the biofilm samples of DUWL. Proteobacteria was the dominant bacteria (representing over 65.7%-96.0% of the total sequences), and the dominant fungi were Anthophyta (53.9%-88.1%) and Ascomycota (11.2%-45.4%). Multiple potential human pathogens were detected including 28 genera of bacteria and 8 genera of fungi. Daily dental treatment would contribute to biofilm accumulation, species of both bacteria and fungi increased after one days work, especially in endodontic department. For the first time, biofilm in DUWL was exhaustively evaluated, with more abundant of bacterial and fungal communities than in water samples. Biofilm accumulation and multiple kinds of pathogen emphasized the infectious risk and cross-contamination associated with dental care.
