Genome-wide DNA methylation patterns were quantified in peripheral blood samples collected from 24 healthy individuals using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC BeadChip In this study, we recruited 24 individuals with no symptoms of the disease. From each participant we collected peripheral blood sample for DNA extraction and performed DNA methylation analyses using Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC BeadChip.
