In existing flood control business systems, water professional models are directly coupled with objects, attributes, topological relationships, and other data, which severely restricts data resource sharing across different modules.To achieve flexible and efficient water information management and support rapid adaptation to water professional models in various flood control scenarios, we propose a graphical modeling technology for water object data.Based on standardized water conservancy object data, entity and non-entity water information such as nodes, models, parameters and schemes are analyzed and abstracted into templates, forming three types of paradigms: basic objects, topological relationships, and business logic data.By applying the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and knowledge graph techniques, this study transforms relational water object data into a graphical model and accomplishes a "template-object-attribute" configuration.This modeling technology has been successfully applied and validated in the construction of the Intelligent Decision Support Platform for Flood Control in the Yangtze River Basin.Through the establishment of standardized water conservancy data models, it effectively improves the loosely coupled organization of data and generalized business performance, thereby enabling flexible organization and dynamic adaptability of water object data and water professional models in flood intelligent dispatch scenarios.
