Quality of service survey year 2021 - Residency requests

The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for detecting the satisfaction of users who use the online service for requesting residence, change of residence and address, activated in November 2020 in compliance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, Article 7(3) - amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, Article 8(1)). The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after making the request and allows him to express his satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service. The user accesses the questionnaire via a link received by email at the end of the request. The results of the survey are published monthly on https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-transparente/servizi-distributi/servizi-in-rete. (*) closed questions only
