[Raw Data] Mitochondrial membrane potential (mt.ΔΨ)

This dataset was generated in a study where the impact of 3 tobacco alkaloids (nicotine, anatabine, and anabasine) was assessed for potential modulatory activity on mitochondrial bioenergetics in mice.
Mt.ΔΨ was determined in isolated brain and liver mitochondria by measuring the accumulation of the mitochondrial matrix lipophilic (membrane-penetrating) cationic probe Safranin O.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
