PacBio long-read amplicon sequencing for full-length of dog leukocyte antigen genes

PacBio long-read amplicon sequencing was performed to investigate genetic variations of the dog major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genes at eight loci. The samples consisted of 83 beagle dogs (Canis lupus familiaris). Each read set (FASTQ file) corresponds to a single locus of an individual.
