Penstemon davidsonii and P. newberryi transects ddRAD

This study was carried out to examine the population genetics of hybrid zones between Penstemon davidsonii and P. newberryi in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Plant samples were collected along three transects through hybrid zones and genotyped using ddRAD. The dataset also includes a few individuals acquired from nurseries.
