Comparison of gene expression of mouse lung adenocarcinoma-associated macrophages isolated from C57BL/6 mice injected with Kras-CL and Kras IKKa low cells Overall design: Lung tissues were collected at 1.5 months after cell injection. Then macrophages were isolated and culutred on the plates. Total RNAs from macrophages were extracted using Trizol and then subjected to hybridization for Affymetrix microarray.
