NRS-10220 | Police mess papers and accounts [Rothbury State Operated Colliery]

This series comprises two bundles of papers relating to Police mess accounts during State operation of the Rothbury Colliery. One bundle contains lists, numbered 1 to 92, of police who had taken meals at Rothbury. The second bundle contains lists, statements and other papers relating to adjustments necessary as a result of meals partaken by police whilst absent from the camp.As the payment of dues was pursued beyond the date most personnel had vacated the colliery, the series' date range extends beyond July 1930.
