Research on the transcriptome profile of Dong Tao chickens.

Dong Tao chicken is a native Vietnamese breed characterized by its distinctive phenotype of giant legs, reddish sharp fleshy spines and layered dragon-like scales. This study is to investigate the transcriptomes and DEGs related to shank phenotype of Dong Tao chicken.
