This dataset comprises indoor carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration measurements and Energy Use Intensity (EUI) indicators collected and generated for the assessment of building performance in hot-climate environments. The CO₂ data represent measured indoor air quality conditions during occupied periods and reflect the influence of occupancy patterns, ventilation strategies, and operational characteristics on indoor environmental quality (IEQ).The EUI data include simulated and/or calculated energy performance indicators based on building energy consumption relative to gross floor area, covering different design scenarios, system configurations, and operational assumptions. Together, the combined dataset enables an integrated evaluation of indoor air quality and energy performance, supporting research on ventilation effectiveness, occupant well-being, and energy-efficiency trade-offs in climate-responsive building design.This dataset is suitable for use in building energy and IEQ modeling, validation of simulation tools, benchmarking studies, and comparative analyses aligned with international standards and sustainable building assessment frameworks.
