The anthropic pressure on soil microbial community is a growing major concern for soil fertility, biodiversity preservation, and soil functionality. This project aims at understanding how different agronomic managements, e.g. conventional, organic, biodynamic; or anthropic impacts on the forest ecosystem e.g. charcoal sites affect the biodiversity of soil microbial communities and soil arthropods e.g. Carabids.
