Tuber yield of transgenic lines.

Plants were grown for 4 weeks under SD inducing conditions before tubers were harvested. Data of number of tubers per plant and g of tubers are the average of 15 independent replicates for each transgenic line and 9 independent replicates for wild-type (± values indicate SE). Significant differences relative to wild-type are indicated with ° (P<0.05) or with * (P<0.01).
