VPRS 13874 Filing Classification Indexes, Lists and Registers, Various Departments

This series has been created by grouping together filing classification indexes, Lists and Registers from the various departments or registry's within the State Electricity Commission of Victoria. The indexes were designed to assist in the classification and identification of papers controlled by the respective departments and registries.The filing indexes generally include the Lists of Subject Headings - both primary (broad groups) and secondary headings (specific breakdown) and corresponding file numbers. Some filing indexes include instructions / guidelines to facilitate in the indexing.This series includes Departmental Filing Indexes, Lists and Registers from the following departments, sections and divisions: Power Generation, Power, Production Group, Secretarial, Turbine and General Plant, Coal Production, Design Division, Latrobe Valley, Investigation Engineer, Environmental Management Unit, Fuel, Engineering Services, Design Engineering and Environmental, Instruments and Control and Civil and Infrastructure.
