This dataset contains plant‑wax n-alkane concentrations and compound‑specific carbon (δ¹³C) and hydrogen (δD) isotope data together with X‑ray fluorescence (XRF) element ratios (Fe/Ca, Ti/Ca) from marine sediment core GeoB17429‑2 collected offshore northern Papua New Guinea. The record covers the last ~15,000 years and is used to reconstruct past rainfall, vegetation changes, and terrigenous runoff in the Western Pacific Warm Pool.
