The goal of the Genomics of Gene Regulation (GGR) project is to develop better methods to construct predictive, accurate gene regulatory network models using genomic data. (Gene regulatory networks are computer models that predict the activity of genes by building a mathematical relationship between genes, the regulatory elements that control those genes, and the signals to which the regulatory elements respond.)
